NESS Achieve is our Invitational Only Program that continues a Progressive Pathway for committed NESS youngsters to be invited to perform in a competitive environment within arranged fixtures.
Intense consideration will be given to each and every applicable NESS Member however success will be based on meriting factors that include not just the ability and ambition of each player, but importantly their dedication, character, athleticism, technical, tactical and physical abilities, maturity and an essential willingness to listen, learn and develop. A positive mental attitude and respectful behaviour is also of paramount importance to succeed.
We will make contact with the initial identified individuals directly, however we will always be committed to help continue to develop all our youngsters with their own aims to achieve!
The Program offers the identified young players to continue to be coached by highly experienced professionals with additional invitational only camps held during school holidays and opportunity to perform within organised match scenarios for official NESS Academy representative teams.
With the anticipated development of team performances, our continued aim, in alignment with each player’s personal goals being achieved, is to eventually perform and compete in a schedule of arranged fixtures, to travel within organised trips, training camps, cultural programs and to attend National/ International Tournaments.
