DANNY MACDONALD - (Academy Director)
Danny MacDonald is renowned for his deep passion, understanding and knowledge of the game and aligned with his infectious enthusiasm, he has become the inspirational motivation and driving force behind this new exciting soccer initiative. He has gained invaluable experience during a lengthy and successful professional career throughout a 25 year period within the Scottish Football Leagues.
During this period he has fulfilled numerous influential roles as a Player, Coach, Manager, Academy Director and Senior Executive.
At Club level, he has worked at the highest level of coaching and administration, providing strong leadership within the Boardroom and was accountable for overseeing and adhering to all UEFA, SFA and SPFL criteria, rules and regulations which has resulted in numerous UEFA Club Licences being achieved, enhancing the overall profile and status of the Club.
Importantly having achieved an array of Top Level Coaching Qualifications, and using this portfolio to help develop top quality players, Danny is totally dedicated to providing all the means necessary by which players can embark on a "Progressive Pathway" to attaining new levels of achievement in all aspects of their life.
